Gurih Gurih Gizi (GGG) is a delicious ‘topping’  easily made in local homes, schools or as a small enterprise program by local women’s groups. The main ingredients are vegetables that can be grown and harvested from small scale kitchen or community gardens. This formula was originally developed by nutrition scientists in the Philippines. Research and field testing of the formula showed that one tablespoon of GGG has all your daily needs for vitamin A, iron and iodine. Thanks to Gianna for the info and the link to the ‘formula’ on the IDEP website at http://www.idepfoundation.org/idep_GGGnutrition.html
