I have recently implemented training through BIITE in Batchelor, N.T. and Don is delivering the training for a group of Indigenous students through the CDEP programme. I was thrilled to know that Don would be delivering the training as I see nothing better than Indigenous people being trained by Indigenous trainers. I know Don is an exceptional trainer and has quickly developed good relations with the group he is working with. I look forward to having many more opportunities to work with Don in the future. The training will provide skills and knowledge to the group who are interested in developing small enterprise operations in a range of activities including seed collection, bush food and medicine gardens as well as art and tourism operations. It’s great to see everyone keen and excited to attend training and work toward positive goals.
